Prof. Run Liu 刘润教授

Tianjin University 天津大学

Run Liu is a chair professor at Tianjin University, Head of Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering, winner of National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one of the National "Ten Thousand People Plan" Leading Talents of the Organization Department of the Central Committee, and Head of the High-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team in Tianjin. She serves as a director of the Soil Dynamics Branch and Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, director of the Foundation Branch of Architectural Society of China, director of the Engineering Risk and Insurance Research Branch of China Civil Engineering Society, member of Youth Working Committee of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering Branch of China Civil Engineering Society, member of Youth Working Committee of Environmental Geotechnical Engineering Branch of Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics & Engineering, member of the Professional Committee for Underground Space Operational Safety and Energy.

Conservation and Environmental Protection of Tunnel and Underground Works Branch of the Chinese Civil Engineering Society, and academic member of the 7th/8th National Youth Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering Conference.

Prof. Liu has won 1 provincial and ministerial special prize for technological invention and 6 first prizes for scientific and technological progress, two of which ranked first. She presided over 14 national projects (including 7 National Natural Science Foundation projects), 7 national level projects or subjects (including national key R&D projects, 973, 863), and more than 30 provincial and ministerial major engineering projects.

Prof. Liu mainly engages in teaching and scientific research in geotechnical engineering. She has researched the interaction between structures and soil, soft foundation treatment, marine soil engineering properties, and foundation reliability.

天津大学讲席教授,岩土力学与工程学科负责人,国家杰出青年基金获得者,中组部万人计划领军人才,天津市高层次创新创业团队负责人。中国振动工程学会土动力学分会理事,青年委员会、副主任委员、中国建筑学会地基基础分会理事、中国土木工程学会工程风险及保险研究分会理事、中国土木工程学会土力学及岩土工程分会青年工作委员会委员、中国岩石力学与工程学会环境岩土工程分会青年工作委员会委员、中国土木工程学会隧道与地下工程分会地下空间运营安全及节能环保专业委员会委员、第七/八届全国青年岩土力学与工程会议学术委员。

获省部级技术发明特等奖1项,科技进步一等奖6 项,2项排名第一。主持国家级项目14项,其中国家自然科学基金项目7项;国家重点研发项目、973、863等国家级项目或课题7项,省部级及重大工程项目30余项。

主要从事岩土工程方面的教学和科研工作,在结构物与土相互作用,软弱地基处理,海洋土工程性质以及地基基础可靠度研究方面开展了一定的研究工作。




Prof. Yanlong Li 李炎隆教授

Xi'an University of Technology 西安理工大学

Yanlong Li is Vice Dean of the School of Water Resources and Hydropower and Director of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering of Xi'an University of Technology. He serves as the project leader of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars, evaluator of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national first-class professional leader of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, member of the National Energy Sector Standardization Technical Committee on Hydropower Survey and Design (NEA/TC15), Deputy Secretary General of the Special Committee for Seismic Disaster Prevention of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Chair of the Youth Committee of Hydropower Engineering Society in Shaanxi, and member of the Special Committee on Hydraulic Engineering of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society. He has won 2 second prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shaanxi (ranking 1 and 5), 1 first prize for China Hydropower Science and Technology (ranking 11), 1 second prize for excellent natural science paper in Shaanxi, the 12th Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Award, and the May Fourth Medal in Shaanxi.

Prof. Li has published 3 academic monographs and 121 academic papers and participated in editing 2 textbooks. In recent 5 years, he has published 45 papers as the first or corresponding author (including 22 SCI-indexed papers), applied for 45 invention patents (including 8 authorized and 6 registered software copyrights), participated in the compilation of 4 industry standard specifications, and been invited to give special presentations at global academic conferences for multiple times.

Prof. Li researched the safety evaluation and risk control of hydraulic engineering from three aspects: characteristics of anti-seepage materials, dam deformation control, and dam failure risk control. In recent years, he has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects (National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars, General Program, National Science Fund for Young Scholars), more than 30 Shaanxi Key Funds, Doctoral Funds of the Ministry of Education, and large-scale engineering application projects. Additionally, he has participated in multiple national projects, such as national "973" science and technology programs and consulting projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research achievements have been directly applied to safety evaluation and risk control of earth-rock dam engineering such as concrete face dams, asphalt concrete core dams, landslide dams, silt dams, etc., which has gained significant socio-economic benefits.

西安理工大学水利水电学院副院长、水工系主任。国家优秀青年科学基金项目负责人,国家自然科学基金委会评专家。水利水电工程国家级一流专业负责人、国家能源行业水电勘测设计标准化技术委员会(NEA/TC15)委员、中国水力发电工程学会抗震防灾专委会副秘书长、陕西省水力发电工程学会青年专委会主任委员、中国水利学会水工专委会委员。获陕西省科技进步二等奖2项(排名1、排名5)、中国水力发电科学技术一等奖1项(排名11)、陕西省自然科学优秀论文二等奖1项、第十二届陕西青年科技奖、陕西省五四青年奖章。

出版学术专著3部,参编教材2部,发表学术论文121篇,近5年以第一或通讯作者发表论文45篇,其中SCI收录22篇;申请发明专利45项,其中授权8项,登记软件著作权6项;参编行业标准规范4部;多次受邀在国内外学术会议上做特邀报告。

围绕水利工程的安全评价与风险防控,从“防渗体材料特性-大坝变形控制-溃坝风险防控”三个层面开展科学研究。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金4项(优青、面上、青年),陕西省重点基金、教育部博士点基金和大型工程应用项目30余项,参与国家“973”科技计划、中国科学院咨询项目等多项,研究成果直接应用于混凝土面板坝、沥青混凝土心墙坝、堰塞体、淤地坝等土石坝类工程的安全评价与风险防控,取得了显著的社会经济效益。

Prof. Gaofeng Zhao 赵高峰教授

Tianjin University 天津大学

Gaofeng Zhao, with a doctoral degree from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Lausanne, Switzerland, is one of the talents in the national “Thousand Talents Program”, and is committed to research in numerical calculation methods for rock dynamics, multi-scale coupling, fluid-structure coupling, high-performance computing, and other fields. He used to work at the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Prof. Zhao has presided over more than 10 national, provincial, and ministerial vertical scientific research projects, published more than 100 academic papers in discrete numerical methods for rock mechanics, and been cited more than 1600 times in SCI. Currently, he serves as Co-chair of the Committee on Discontinuous Deformation Analysis Method of the International Society for rock mechanics, Vice Director of the Professional Committee on Rock Crushing Engineering of the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics & Engineering, and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences (an authoritative international journal in rock mechanics). He was ranked in the 2022 "Top 2% Global Scientists List" issued by Stanford University in the United States and won the Discovery Early Career Researcher Award of Australia, the first prize in Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, the Best Paper Award of the International Association for Computer Methods and Advances in Geomechanics, the second prize of the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics & Engineering, etc.

国家青年千人,博士毕业于瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院,曾任职于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学,致力于岩石动力学数值计算方法、多尺度耦合、流固耦合、高性能计算等方面的研究。

主持国家和省部级纵向科研项目 10 余项,在岩石力学离散数值方法领域共发表学术论文100余篇,SCI他引1600 余次。目前担任国际岩石力学学会非连续变形分析方法委员会共同主席、中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石破碎工程专业委员会副主任委员,岩石力学领域权威国际期刊International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences副主编等。入选美国斯坦福大学发布的2022 年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”,获澳大利亚青年研究者奖(Discovery Early Career Researcher Award)、教育部自然科学一等奖、国际岩土力学计算方法与进展协会优秀论文奖、中国岩石力学学会青年创新创业大赛二等奖等。




Prof. Deyi Wu 吴德义教授

Anhui Jianzhu University 安徽建筑大学

With a Postdoctoral degree, Professor Deyi Wu is the Dean of the School of Civil Engineering, Anhui Jianzhu University. Wu graduated from the Mining Construction Department of China University of Mining and Technology in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in mine construction. From 1989 to 1991, he engaged in technical work in the Caiyuansheng Coal Mine in Jining, Shandong. From 1991 to 1994, he studied for a master's degree in explosion theory and application in China University of Mining and Technology, and he worked at Nanyang Institute of Technology from 1994 to 2005 in Henan. From 2000 to 2003 he studied for a doctorate degree in fluid mechanics at the University of Science and Technology of China. Moreover, he was engaged in the research on ventilation and heat transfer of large air-cooled turbine generators (cooperative unit is Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd. Company workstation) from 2003 to 2005 and in the study of rational support ways and parameters of deep mining roadways (cooperating unit is the workstation of SDIC Xinji Energy Co., Ltd.) from 2005 to 2007 in the postdoctoral mobile station of Huazhong University of Science and Technology respectively. Up to now, he worked at Anhui Jianzhu University.

Wu has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 5 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects including Anhui Province Science and Technology Research Projects and Anhui Province Natural Science Foundation. He has hosted over 20 scientific research projects commissioned by enterprises and institutions. Wu has published 12 academic papers in EI source journals and 2 monographs. He obtained 6 national invention patents, 3 utility model patents and won Anhui Science and Technology Progress Award.

安徽建筑大学土木工程学院院长。1989年中国矿业大学矿山建筑系矿井建设专业本科毕业,1989至1991年山东济宁菜圆生建煤矿从事技术工作;1991至1994年中国矿业大学攻读爆炸理论及应用专业硕士学位;1994至2005年河南南阳理工学院工作;2000至2003年中国科学技术大学攻读流体力学专业博士学位;2003至2005年华中科技大学博士后流动站从事于大型空冷汽轮发电机通风传热研究(合作单位为东方电机股份有限公司工作站);2005至2007年中国科技大学博士后流动站从事深部开采巷道合理支护形式及参数研究(合作单位为国投新集能源股份有限公司工作站)工作;2005年至今安徽建筑大学工作。

先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,安徽省科技攻关项目以及安徽省自然科学基金等省部级科研项目项5项;主持企事业单位委托科研项目20项;EI源期刊发表学术论文12篇;出版专著2部;获国家发明专利6项、实用新型专利3项。先后获得安徽省科技进步奖1项。

Bo Geng 耿波

President of Bridge Branch of China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd. 招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司桥梁院院长

博士,研究员,现任招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司桥梁与结构工程研究院院长、桥梁工程结构动力学国家重点实验室副主任,并担任重庆交通大学硕士研究生导师、中国公路学会桥梁与结构分会理事等。主要研究方向为:桥梁防撞、抗震及新技术应用。先后主研国家级、省部级等各类科研项目34项;编制各类标准13部;获国家发明专利9项,实用新型专利40余项;发表研究论文80余篇,出版著作5部;研究成果获省部级十余项。荣获“交通运输行业重点科研平台创新人物”“重庆英才计划-结构振动与冲击防护团队负责人”等荣誉称号。
